Day 35 – Grande Prairie Photo Club

Tonight I had the privilege of talking to the Grande Prairie Photo Club tonight regarding this very thing!  My Project 365.  I talked about the challenges it is providing for me as well as the boundaries it is helping push – like for example speaking in front  of a group about Project 365!!!  I got over all my nerves and had a great talk and enjoyed after my speech the most – talking to a lot of the amateur and professional photographers who are part of the club – I even got some great ideas for Project 365.

Thank you Grande Prairie Photo Club for being so welcoming and helping me push my boundaries twice!  Once with the public speaking and twice with letting me take this photo of you guys for my Day 35 :D

Day 35 is the Grande Prairie Photo Club!

Day 34 – mmm foood

My husband and I started in the new a well balanced diet and meal plan – healthy organic food – eliminating processed foods….so this forced me to have to cook more and cook from scratch.  I am a good cook – I just don’t overly enjoy it.  Here is tonights dinner though…While the whole wheat ravioli I did not make from scratch, the sauce is tomatoes, onion, garlic, fresh basil & oregeno, red peppers, mushrooms and some parmason cheese:D  my own concoction and it turned out so scrumptious mmmmm.

Day 33 – My kids and their signs…

My kids one day were fighting, as usual….and so wrote notes on their doors – My 9 year old was a blatent KEEP OUT towards her 8 year old younger brother, while my 8 year old son, was more rules about being nice to him.  I figured these were worthy of Day 33.

January 23, 2010 Winter Wedding

My first wedding of the Season was a fun one for sure!  This couple and their friends were so welcome, inviting and fun – I felt as if I had known them all for years.  They all braved the weather (although it had warmed up and was only -11C) and came outside with the snow falling for most of the group shots.  The girls got pretty cold though and borrows the boys jackets and the boys wore their full stoles for a bit making for some prime photos hehe.  The red splashes of color amongst all the white stood out against the winter scene making it so much fun to photography!  Congrats you guys and congrats on the new baby coming soon!!!!!!  Enjoy a few of my favorite photos!

Day 32 – Remembering Chicago

Today as I was working, I was remembering my trip to Chicago to visit my friend Heidi….and I loved the cityscape, the architecture and the big silver Jelly Bean!  What an amazing city!!!!
